The development of technology has many influences on us. These are not only bad influences. I can't believe our life without high tecnology, and I am very satisfied a life of today. I don't think that development of technology tends bad way. The problems John said cause by one's how to use, not by a development, in my opinion. In my house, when eating dinner with my family, we talk about school, what happened today, schedule of tomorrow...and very fun even if we are watching TV. We never no talking by wathing TV, because we have consideration each other. Other, a mobile phone is same. Most of time spend by using a mobile phone in house, it is shut out from coversation by oneself. I think that a mobile phone is not a lot of nessesary in my house. Thinking from these, I think it is wrong to think that no conversation and no communication are all caused by a latest machine only. I don't think so. I think these are change by changing haw to use. Most of people in Japan insist that development of technology is bad tendency. Before saying a complaint, shuld improve and chang our life, I believe.

Yes, you're right. There's no problem with technology, as long as it is used wisely. There are sure to be other causes for communication problems among the Japanese; parenting skills for one.
